Cooking Adventure - April 27th, 2003
I make food and a big messin my little apartment...
Click on a photo to enlarge it.
Tuna steaks marinating in ginger and the secret sauce...
Little Japanese eggplants and the Kyocera ceramic knife, a must-have for evey kitchen in my opinion.
Someday son... all of this will be soup. I mean, yours. No wait, it's actually just going to be soup.
Can't have a good meal without abundant brightness added to pleasure of the table!
To cook an eggplant: Phase 2, chill the egplants and mix up the spicy sesame oil sauce.
Most of the stuff that was in the soup getting the ol' saute.
The Kyocera ceramic knife and carrots.

Food or Art? #2
To cook an eggplant: Phase 3, add the sauce and garnish. Yay!
Looks like it's time to stir-fry ... eggs on deck for fried rice
Oops I lied, the eggs went in the soup, here's the fried rice.
Here is where I make the magic (here is where I throw out my back leaning over a little Japanese counter for 3 hours)...
Here is the finished dinner, complete with food art, eggs, and sliced tuna steak. Actually, this turned out to be dinner, breakfast, and lunch the next day.
